Leonard F. Lesser
Len prosecutes and defends business litigation in federal and state courts around the country, and arbitration tribunals administered by JAMS, AAA, ICDR, FINRA, and other ADR providers. He focuses on business torts; copyright, trademark, trade secret and unfair competition claims; partnership, joint venture, shareholder, and LLC member disputes; corporate transaction, post-closing, and busted deal disputes; contract and UCC disputes; financial services litigation; securities litigation; insurance disputes; real estate disputes; and employment litigation. He also prosecutes and defends toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, and personal injury claims.

Renee S. Lesser
Renee is a founding member and managing partner of Simon•Lesser PC. She specializes in complex personal injury claims, insurance defense and coverage litigation, and commercial litigation. For two decades, Renee has successfully defended churches, synagogues, schools, nursing homes, non-profit entities, as well as large and small businesses and individuals throughout New York State. Most of these cases involve allegations of personal injury, property damage or economic loss resulting from premises defects, sports related injuries, labor law claims, assaults, negligent supervision, and building design and maintenance claims. Renee also has a history of securing significant awards in plaintiff personal injury cases, including a multi-million judgment obtained after trial against a property owner resulting from the sexual assault of a tenant. Renee's representation of plaintiffs and defendants has given her a unique insight into the successful resolution of tort claims.
