Rosemarie Arnold was born on June 9, 1962 to Iris Arnold, a school teacher, and Dr. Murray Arnold, an obstetrician gynecologist. Her dad passed away when she was 5 years old, leaving her mother to raise their 6 children in Washington Heights, New York. She graduated with honors from the Bronx High School of Science in 1979, where she was the captain of the women's swim team.
In 1983, at age 20, Arnold graduated from The State University of New York at Binghamton, then headed to Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and captain of the negotiating team.After graduating from law school in 1986, Arnold began her career at the Law Offices of Christian Stueben, where she represented predominantly large corporate defendants, such as Foodtown, Pathmark, Stop & Shop, Campbell's Soup Company, Arcola Bus Company, Bally’s Total Fitness, T.G.I. Fridays, Libby’s Foods and Cigna Insurance Company.
In 1989, feeling unfulfilled with defense litigation, Arnold founded The Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold, (a firm devoted to the representation of injured victims), in a one room office in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey which she shared with her paralegal Mary Mazza. Twenty five years later, Arnold has built her law firm into one of the largest and most successful plaintiffs firms in Bergen County where Mary Mazza serves as the CFO.
Between 1989 and the present, Arnold has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for her grateful clients and succeeded in scores of high profile cases.
Arnold has been called upon to give her legal expertise to the NY Times, Daily News, New York Post and Wall Street Journal. She has also appeared as a legal expert on Good Morning America, the Today Show, The Early Show, Maury Povich, NY1, ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX News, Inside Edition, and Extra TV.
Notably in 2013, Arnold was named EXTRA TV’s legal correspondent.

In 1995, Arnold was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, at the time, she was the youngest attorney ever certified in NJ. She has been re-certified to present day.
Arnold is a member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Club, Morris Pashman Inn of Court, Bergen County Bar Association, New Jersey Bar Association, New York Bar Association, Nevada Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
Arnold sits on the Board of Trustees of the Rebeka Verea Foundation, a non-profit corporation founded in the memory of a 17 year old client of Arnold’s who was killed on the night of her high school graduation, while a passenger in a speeding car. Arnold is an active member of the Foundation, traveling with it’s founders to high schools in New Jersey giving presentations on the dangers of speeding and drunk driving to teenagers.
Arnold also sits on the Board of Trustees of the Leonard Melfi Foundation. Arnold also sits on the Board of Education of Saddle River, a position she was elected to in 2006. Arnold has been profiled in several periodicals including New Jersey Super Lawyers, Social Life Magazine, The Bergen Record and The Town Journal.

Sheri A. Breen

Ms. Breen has dedicated her career to representing the injured. She attended Pace University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Breen subsequently pursued her Juris Doctorate at Seton Hall School of Law. During Law School she interned for the Hon. Peter F. Boggia, JSC (Ret). Upon her graduation from Seton Hall Law School, Ms. Breen served a Judicial Clerkship with the Honorable George W. Parsons, Jr., JSC.Ms.
Breen is a Partner and the Managing Attorney for the New Jersey office. She is also responsible for multi-million dollars in settlements during her tenure at the firm. Ms. Breen concentrates solely in personal injury litigation including cases involving auto negligence and represents those injured by intoxicated drivers. In addition, Ms. Breen handles cases involving medical malpractice, toxic exposure, products liability, construction defects, insurance coverage, and discrimination.
Ms. Breen is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, the Bergen County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She is a licensed attorney in both New Jersey and New York. She is a member of the Board of Mary’s Gift, a 501(3)(c) charity.
Evan D. Baker
Evan D. Baker joined the Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold in July of 1998. Evan’s practice is 100% dedicated to civil litigation for plaintiffs. Mr. Baker has tried numerous matters to conclusion in the areas of general negligence, premises liability, automobile negligence, and products liability.
Evan became a partner at the Law Offices of Rosemarie Arnold in 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Baker practiced for a well-known insurance defense firm in Jersey City, New Jersey. He has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, and has been recertified twice. Civil Trial Certification is bestowed only upon attorneys who have demonstrated considerable trial experience, a commitment to continuing education, a record of success and who are approved by the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Civil Trial Certification after a rigorous examination. Evan was selected to be included in New Jersey Super Lawyers: 2009 - 2010, 2012 – 2013.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Evan attended Rutgers College and graduated with Honors in 1992. While at Rutgers, he was a Henry Rutgers Honors Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Baker continued his education at Seton Hall University School of Law and graduated in 1995 with a Juris Doctor degree. Natalie A. Zammitti Shaw
NATALIE A. ZAMMITTI SHAW is a partner of the Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold. She attended college at the University of Delaware where she received her B.A. in Mass Communications and minored in Japanese. She graduated from Seton Hall School of Law in 1998 where she earned her Juris Doctorate.
Mrs. Zammitti Shaw is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York as well as the United States District Court for the district of New Jersey.
After graduation, she immediately set her focus on litigation and trial practice. In 1998 she had the distinct privilege to appear before the Dutch Court in St. Martin, a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, regarding hurricane-damaged property in the Netherlands Antilles. In 1999 she was afforded the opportunity to second chair a trial for an election contest for the Alpine Mayoral election. Originally a native of northern New Jersey she became involved in local politics at an early age and was elected to the Paramus Borough Council at the age of 31, the youngest woman to serve, for the 2004-2006 term.
For the last 15 years of her career, Ms. Zammitti Shaw has represented thousands of clients and fought tirelessly for the victims of personal injury accidents including automobile negligence, premises liability, construction defects, fire losses, products liability, truck accidents, wrongful death, and dog bites as well as employment discrimination. Ms. Zammitti Shaw has had great success in the courtroom.
In 2010 she was a member of the legal team that won $7.4 million for a cardiologist who sustained life threatening injuries in Hackensack, NJ due to a drunken driving crash. In 2013 she tried a case in which a jury awarded a 38-year-old Paterson man $672,670.84 for injuries he suffered when a garage door came down and hit him in the head as he was working at a Wayne country club.
Over the course of a 15 year period Ms. Zammitti Shaw has tried dozens of cases and has obtained millions of dollars’ in verdicts and settlements for her clients. Mrs. Zammitti Shaw attributes her success to relentless preparation and hard work.

Paige R. Butler represents her clients in a myriad of practice areas ranging from personal injury, to wrongful death and employment discrimination, and specializes in cases dealing with catastrophic injuries. She practices in both New York and New Jersey and is the firm’s New York Managing Attorney.
She has been with the firm since 2008, where she has spent her career advocating for her clients, in all forms of resolution and trial settings.
Ms. Butler has provided her legal analysis on a variety of topics as a guest contributor for various televised news shows and was listed in New Jersey Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” for 2013 and 2014.
